Ein Teil meiner Tracking-Arbeit bestand darin, Datenerfassungssitzungen mit internen Mitarbeitern zu veranstalten, und ich nutzte diese Sitzungen als Gelegenheit zum Netzwerken.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 300;\">W\u00e4hrend einer meiner Sitzungen traf ich schlie\u00dflich <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/in\/tarafranz\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Tara Franz<\/a><\/span>der zuf\u00e4llig In-Home-Studien mit dem Oculus Quest leitete. Aufgrund unseres gemeinsamen Interesses, Menschen und Gesichter zu verstehen, beschlossen wir, unsere Kr\u00e4fte zu b\u00fcndeln und meine Arbeit in die In-Home-Studien zu integrieren.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 300;\">Ein paar Wochen lang besuchte ich freiwillig Benutzer mit Tara und beobachtete ihre Mimik. Gelangweilte Gesichter und Gesichter im Spektrum der Verachtung sagten tendenziell unerw\u00fcnschte Erfahrungen voraus, die sp\u00e4ter w\u00e4hrend der Post-Demo-Interviews offengelegt wurden.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 300;\">Diese Ausdr\u00fccke waren nicht nur f\u00fcr die Vorhersage von Ereignissen n\u00fctzlich. Sie dienten auch als Punkte f\u00fcr weitere Untersuchungen. Wenn ein Benutzer mehrmals ein bestimmtes Gesicht machte, als er \u00fcber ein bestimmtes Ereignis sprach oder es erlebte, konnten wir weiter nachforschen und tiefere Erkenntnisse gewinnen.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 300;\">Nachdem wir die In-Home-Studien abgeschlossen hatten, erstellte ich einen Leitfaden f\u00fcr den unteren Gesichtsausdruck, den Tara und ihr Team w\u00e4hrend ihrer Sitzungen im Auge behalten sollten.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 300;\">UX-Forschung ist ein so spannendes Feld, weil es nicht den einen richtigen Weg gibt, eine Studie durchzuf\u00fchren. Es gibt so viel Raum f\u00fcr Kreativit\u00e4t und Ideenreichtum. Neue Datenpunkte zu sammeln.
