In diesem Beitrag geht es um eine Variante des Musculus zygomaticus major und ihre Auswirkungen auf die Gr\u00fcbchen beim L\u00e4cheln. Bevor auf die Einzelheiten eingegangen wird, muss gekl\u00e4rt werden, auf welche Interpretation von \"Gr\u00fcbchen\" ich mich beziehe.<\/em><\/p>\n

FACS-angeheizte Verwirrung & sprachliche Desillusionierung <\/span><\/h3>\n

Wenn Sie mit den Begriffen des FACS (Facial Action Coding System) vertraut sind, werden Sie wissen, dass die \"Dimpler\"-Aktion oder AU14 durch die Kontraktion des Buccinator-Muskels verursacht wird. Wenn der Musculus buccinator aktiviert ist, ziehen sich die Lippenwinkel nach innen und dr\u00fccken gegen die Backenz\u00e4hne, wie unten gezeigt:<\/p>\n

Funktionell ist diese Aktion wichtig f\u00fcr das Kauen und Halten von Nahrung im Mund.<\/p>\n

Au\u00dferhalb des FACS bezieht sich das Wort \"Gr\u00fcbchen\" fast immer auf eine Eindellung der Haut (typischerweise in der N\u00e4he des Mundes oder Kinns), die durch eine genetische Muskelvariation verursacht wurde. Aus diesem Grund, FACS-Neulinge f\u00e4lschlicherweise oft jede konkave Hautverformung als Zeichen von AU14<\/b>; solche Annahmen sind jedoch falsch.<\/p>\n

HINWEIS:<\/strong><\/span> Ich bin von den FACS-Beh\u00f6rden informiert worden, dass die n\u00e4chste manuelle Version eine Umbenennung von AU14 enthalten wird - eine Umbenennung, die die Aktion selbst direkt beschreibt. Wenn ich mich recht erinnere, soll sie \"Lippeneckenkneifer\" genannt werden - oder etwas in der Art. <\/em><\/span><\/p>\n

Die am h\u00e4ufigsten beobachteten Gr\u00fcbchen im Gesicht sind l\u00e4chelnde Gr\u00fcbchen. Man geht davon aus, dass diese Gr\u00fcbchen durch eine Variation des Musculus zygomaticus major (der Muskel f\u00fcr AU12 - Lippeneckenzieher)<\/em> - eine Variante, die zwei Einf\u00fcgepunkte anstelle von einem umfasst.<\/p>\n

HINWEIS:<\/strong><\/span> Das Wort \"L\u00e4cheln\" hat viele Interpretationen. In diesem Beitrag werde ich \"L\u00e4cheln\" verwenden, wenn ich mich auf die Kontraktion des Musculus zygomaticus major beziehe. <\/em>
