Zakoupen\u00edm p\u0159\u00edstupu k programu FACS Cram Session \u00fa\u010dastn\u00edk souhlas\u00ed s n\u00e1sleduj\u00edc\u00edmi podm\u00ednkami:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>1. Autorsk\u00e1 pr\u00e1va a du\u0161evn\u00ed vlastnictv\u00ed<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1.1. Ve\u0161ker\u00e9 materi\u00e1ly (nen\u00ed-li uvedeno jinak) poskytnut\u00e9 v r\u00e1mci p\u0159\u00edpravn\u00e9ho kurzu FACS Cram Session, v\u010detn\u011b mimo jin\u00e9 prezentac\u00ed, vide\u00ed, GIF\u016f, diagram\u016f a soubor\u016f PDF, jsou v\u00fdlu\u010dn\u00fdm du\u0161evn\u00edm vlastnictv\u00edm po\u0159adatele.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1.2. \u00da\u010dastn\u00edk\u016fm je ud\u011blena nev\u00fdhradn\u00ed, nep\u0159enosn\u00e1 licence k p\u0159\u00edstupu a prohl\u00ed\u017een\u00ed t\u011bchto materi\u00e1l\u016f v\u00fdhradn\u011b pro osobn\u00ed a vzd\u011bl\u00e1vac\u00ed \u00fa\u010dely.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1.3. Redistribuce, reprodukce nebo nahr\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed jak\u00fdchkoli materi\u00e1l\u016f na jak\u00e9koli webov\u00e9 str\u00e1nky, platformy nebo sd\u00edlen\u00e9 zdroje je p\u0159\u00edsn\u011b zak\u00e1z\u00e1no. To zahrnuje mimo jin\u00e9 webov\u00e9 str\u00e1nky studia nebo spole\u010dnosti, online platformy nebo osobn\u00ed\/sd\u00edlen\u00e9 disky.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1.4. \u00da\u010dastn\u00edci nesm\u011bj\u00ed sd\u00edlet ani distribuovat video ze sezen\u00ed, z\u00e1znam nebo PDF soubor \u017e\u00e1dn\u00e9 t\u0159et\u00ed stran\u011b, a\u0165 u\u017e bezplatn\u011b nebo za poplatek.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>&nbsp;2. Nahr\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed a p\u0159\u00edstup k videu<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">2.1. Setk\u00e1n\u00ed bude nahr\u00e1v\u00e1no a v\u0161ichni plat\u00edc\u00ed \u00fa\u010dastn\u00edci z\u00edskaj\u00ed p\u0159\u00edstup k z\u00e1znamu a k doprovodn\u00e9mu souboru PDF, a to bez ohledu na to, zda se z\u00fa\u010dastn\u00ed dvouhodinov\u00e9ho \u017eiv\u00e9ho setk\u00e1n\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">2.2. Video bude um\u00edst\u011bno na zabezpe\u010den\u00e9 platform\u011b a nebude mo\u017en\u00e9 jej st\u00e1hnout. P\u0159\u00edstup k n\u011bmu bude po dobu t\u0159\u00ed let umo\u017en\u011bn v\u00fdhradn\u011b \u00fa\u010dastn\u00edkovi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>3. Ochrana p\u0159ed kr\u00e1de\u017e\u00ed obsahu<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">3.1. Ka\u017ed\u00e9 poskytnut\u00e9 video a soubor PDF bude obsahovat identifika\u010dn\u00ed \u00fadaje, jako je e-mailov\u00e1 adresa \u00fa\u010dastn\u00edka a\/nebo jeho IP adresa, a to jako opat\u0159en\u00ed proti neopr\u00e1vn\u011bn\u00e9mu \u0161\u00ed\u0159en\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">3.2. Jak\u00e9koli poru\u0161en\u00ed t\u011bchto podm\u00ednek, v\u010detn\u011b neopr\u00e1vn\u011bn\u00e9ho sd\u00edlen\u00ed nebo \u0161\u00ed\u0159en\u00ed materi\u00e1l\u016f, m\u016f\u017ee m\u00edt za n\u00e1sledek pr\u00e1vn\u00ed kroky. \u00da\u010dastn\u00edk t\u00edmto souhlas\u00ed s t\u00edm, \u017ee m\u00edstem soudn\u00ed p\u0159\u00edslu\u0161nosti bude st\u00e1t Texas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>4. Vr\u00e1cen\u00ed pen\u011bz<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">4.1. Ve\u0161ker\u00e9 prodeje jsou kone\u010dn\u00e9. Vr\u00e1cen\u00ed pen\u011bz nebude poskytnuto za \u017e\u00e1dn\u00fdch okolnost\u00ed, a to ani v p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b ne\u00fa\u010dasti na \u017eiv\u00e9m vys\u00edl\u00e1n\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">4.2. \u00da\u010dastn\u00edci, kte\u0159\u00ed se nemohou z\u00fa\u010dastnit \u017eiv\u00e9ho vys\u00edl\u00e1n\u00ed, budou m\u00edt i tak po dobu t\u0159\u00ed let p\u0159\u00edstup k z\u00e1znamu a budou si moci st\u00e1hnout soubor ve form\u00e1tu PDF, kter\u00fd si mohou ponechat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>5. Pl\u00e1n pro p\u0159\u00edpad technick\u00fdch probl\u00e9m\u016f<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">5.1. V p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b technick\u00e9ho probl\u00e9mu, kter\u00fd naru\u0161\u00ed nahr\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed, si po\u0159adatel vyhrazuje pr\u00e1vo danou relaci znovu nahr\u00e1t a poskytnout p\u0159\u00edstup k nov\u00e9 nahr\u00e1vce do 28 dn\u016f.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">5.2. Po\u0159adatel nenese odpov\u011bdnost za technick\u00e9 pot\u00ed\u017ee, s nimi\u017e se \u00fa\u010dastn\u00edci setk\u00e1vaj\u00ed, jako jsou nap\u0159\u00edklad probl\u00e9my s p\u0159ipojen\u00edm nebo kompatibilitou za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>6. P\u0159\u00edstup a dostupnost<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">6.1. P\u0159\u00edstup k videu bude poskytov\u00e1n po dobu t\u0159\u00ed let a soubor PDF bude k dispozici ke sta\u017een\u00ed. Po uplynut\u00ed t\u00e9to t\u0159\u00edlet\u00e9 lh\u016fty m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt p\u0159\u00edstup k videu zru\u0161en, pokud nebude dohodnuto jinak.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">6.2. \u00da\u010dastn\u00edci se zavazuj\u00ed, \u017ee nebudou stahovat ani jinak uchov\u00e1vat kopie videa bez v\u00fdslovn\u00e9ho p\u00edsemn\u00e9ho souhlasu po\u0159adatele.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>7. Od\u0161kodn\u011bn\u00ed a vym\u00e1h\u00e1n\u00ed<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">7.2. Po\u0159adatel si vyhrazuje pr\u00e1vo podniknout pr\u00e1vn\u00ed kroky a po\u017eadovat n\u00e1hradu n\u00e1klad\u016f na pr\u00e1vn\u00ed zastoupen\u00ed a soudn\u00edch poplatk\u016f \u010di uplatnit jin\u00e9 prost\u0159edky n\u00e1pravy v p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b neopr\u00e1vn\u011bn\u00e9ho pou\u017eit\u00ed nebo \u0161\u00ed\u0159en\u00ed \u0161kolic\u00edch materi\u00e1l\u016f.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>8. Rozhodn\u00e9 pr\u00e1vo a \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed spor\u016f<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">8.1. Tato smlouva se \u0159\u00edd\u00ed pr\u00e1vn\u00edmi p\u0159edpisy st\u00e1tu Texas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">8.2. Ve\u0161ker\u00e9 spory vypl\u00fdvaj\u00edc\u00ed z t\u00e9to smlouvy budou p\u0159ed pod\u00e1n\u00edm \u017ealoby \u0159e\u0161eny prost\u0159ednictv\u00edm arbitr\u00e1\u017ee nebo mediace za \u00fa\u010dasti opr\u00e1vn\u011bn\u00e9ho arbitra ze st\u00e1tu Texas, jeho\u017e n\u00e1klady budou rovn\u00fdm d\u00edlem hrazeny ob\u011bma stranami, p\u0159i\u010dem\u017e arbitr m\u00e1 pr\u00e1vo tyto n\u00e1klady p\u0159erozd\u011blit, pokud to pova\u017euje za vhodn\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>9. Souhlas s podm\u00ednkami<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Zakoupen\u00edm p\u0159\u00edstupu k FACS Cram Session \u00fa\u010dastn\u00edk potvrzuje, \u017ee si p\u0159e\u010detl, porozum\u011bl a souhlas\u00ed s podm\u00ednkami uveden\u00fdmi v t\u00e9to smlouv\u011b.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Terms and Conditions for Participation in the FACS Cram Session This agreement is made between Melinda Ozel (&#8220;Host&#8221;) and the individual participant (\u201cParticipant\u201d).
